- This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for INFORMATION & MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. This IS NOT a request for proposals, quotations, or bids. Responses to this request will not be returned. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future and potential solicitation. It is the intent of NSWCPD to use this information for market research purposes only. The survey is being conducted to determine the interest of industry within NAICS code 238210, and to establish that there are adequate large and/or small business contractors for providing the work described below. The Government WILL NOT pay for the provision of any information, nor will it compensate any respondents for the development of any such information. This RFI Notice is issued solely for conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 and gathering information for planning purposes. Replace existing obsolete General Electric (GE) Total Lighting Control (TLC) system connected to the Building Automation System (BAS) network, located within Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Building 4 with current lighting control panels that must be compatible with NSWCPD�s Automated Logic System, associated Building Automation Control network (BACnet) communication protocol, and field devices including, but not limited to, field relays, switching inputs, push buttons, and lighting equipment.� � All work associated with termination of communication cabling into the main Automated Logic Building Automation System (BAS) DDC system, new system design and development of the associated shop drawings, and programming of the controllers tied into the Automated Logic BAS DDC system must be completed by an authorized dealer and installer of Automated Logic Corporation Building Automation Systems. The Government is considering soliciting a single award construction contract with a completion date of 180 days from date of award. The Government is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify sources available to perform the above work. � All interested business concerns for this requirement may submit the following: Company name DUNS number CAGE Code Type of business concern (small business, large business, etc.) Years in business Statement of capability and qualifications of the organization to perform the requirement List of similar projects worked on within the past 5 years and services provided on those projects. ** EACH SUBMISSION SHOULD NOT EXCEED 10 PAGES TOTAL** Notice to potential contractors:� All offerors who provide goods or services to the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at sam.gov.
