Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to bidder questions, provide RFP Amendment and provide information for site visit. It also identifies new COVID Restrictions for the base.�All other terms and conditions remain the same. Invite for all interested parties / offerors that wish to attend the site visit on�16�March 2021 and 17 March 2021 at 12:00 PM � 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth VA. Vendors who wish to participate in site visit shall submit the information below to Contract Specialist Joel Mason @ joel.mason@navy by�12�March 2021 6:00 PM EST.�The address of the site visit is Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth VA, 23709.� Government POC will be provided prior to Site Visit...See instructions below. Visitor Name Visitor Company Visit Date Visit Time Due to COVID Restrictions, vendors and their personnel must be located within 60 miles of NNSY and will be limited to two individuals.�Vendors and personnel from outside this radius will not be granted access to the installation. Any site visit attendees requesting submission after�12�March 2021�6:00 PM EST will not be accepted. During the Site Visit: All personnel will be escorted at all times. No questions will be addressed/answered during the site visit. All questions arising from ship check will be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. All questions shall be submitted to Joel Mason at Joel.Mason@navy.mil by 6:00 PM EST the day of site visit. The site visit will last approximately two hours. All questions received after 6:00 PM EST the day of site visit will not be addressed.
