- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services in Defense Logistics Agency Government buildings on Kleber Kaserne within the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC). We are soliciting feedback from interested parties regarding the following specific questions, in addition to any other feedback on the attached documents. What standards of cleanliness are common in the industry for following? (preferably objective standards)Vacuuming Vacuuming Hard Floor Cleaning Trash Removal Restrooms fixtures/floors Restrooms walls/doors Dusting Kitchen Glass Cleaning 2.� Based on the square meters to be serviced, what is the industry standard for frequency of cleanings? 3.� What is the industry standard for performance oversight for the services to be performed? 4.� What level of supervision is recommended for the size of buildings scheduled to be cleaned?
