- Description
- This extension affects all long-term�contracts�awarded by DLA Energy COG2 �between September 2017 and March 2020, for the delivery of fuel throughout COG 2 (Northeast United States: CT, ME, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, and VT). The contracts have an ordering period from date of award through March 31 through April 30, 2021.� This extends the Period of Performance through September 30, 2021 with a 30 day carryover period in accordance with Contract Clause I209.09 EXTENSION PROVISIONS (DESC JUL 2009). If a follow-on contract for line items under this contract are awarded prior to the expiration of the extension, the Government reserves the right to terminate the balance of this ordering period at NO Cost for the convenience of the Government.
