- Request for Information (RFI) - Request all interested parties review the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Preliminary market research suggests this acquisition should be considered for a total small business set aside under the guidance of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is Code 611512, Flight Training with a size standard of $30.0 M. Interested parties must be registered under NAICS 611512 in SAM (System for Award Management) at www.sam.gov. Small Business concerns are highly encouraged to respond to this request. The Government is seeking industry input from all sources to determine whether or not this requirement should be solicited/competed as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable or as a Partial/Full Trade-Off? If competed as a Partial/Full Trade Off, what technical aspect(s) of the Draft PWS do you believe could be potentially traded-off with regards to price? Please provide detailed rationale to support your position. Information obtained will be used to determine source selection procedures for this proposed acquisition. The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this RFI; however, the Government requests that any questions submitted be limited to the PWS at this time. Please submit all responses via email to Capt Anita Naylor at anita.naylor.3@us.af.mil and Kelli Wright at kelli.wright.1@us.af.mil no later than Monday, 22 March 2021 at 12:00 p.m. (local).
