- Q&As posted 11 March 2021.� RFI due date remains unchanged. SEE RFI and PWS (Attachment VII).� Read all Attachments. The Government is publishing this RFI�for market research to determine if there are potential vendors who can provide cost effective and demonstrable solutions to support the efficient and agile development of FWS pay schedules for the Federal blue-collar workforce. Vendors who wish to respond to this RFI must submit their responses in the form of a white paper, not to exceed 10 pages. Questions on the RFI and PWS shall be submitted no later than�March 9, 2021. White papers and feedback on the PWS are due no later than 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on March 17, 2021. DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ); IT IS STRICTLY A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) TO INVITE INDUSTRY AND OTHER POTENTIAL VENDORS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACADEMIA, SMALL BUSINESSES, LARGE BUSINESSES, AND NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE A WHITE PAPER IN RESPONSE TO THE SUBJECT TOPIC. THIS IS A RFI ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for market research information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. �This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. �Further, DCPAS is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. �Responders are advised the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. �Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.
