(i)�� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1) Excellence of Offeror�s Business and Clinical Requirements Approach; 2) Offeror�s Solution to meeth the Technical Requirements; 3) Relevant Past Performance; 4) Offeror�s FedRAMP Certified Status and 5) Price.
