- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Grounds and Facility Maintenance Services at the East Brimfield Lake in Fiskdale, Massachusetts. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation to perform the grounds and facility maintenance services at the East Brimfield Lake Project area. The East Brimfield Lake area includes approximately 5 acres of weekly maintenance area, and approximately 42 acres of annual/field mowing. In addition, the services include side arm mowing along trail edges and a spring and fall clean-up. Services are to be provided in accordance with the scope of work and schedule.� The anticipated Period of Performance will be from contract award to 30 November 2021. This is not a request for offers at this time.� The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about March 26, 2021.� Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.� The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the beta.SAM.gov website (www.beta.SAM.gov).� This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
