- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: San Francisco Delineated Area: North: Broadway South: Mission St. East: Davis St., to Jackson St., to Drumm St., to Main St. West: 3rd St., to Market St., to Grant Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 36,480 Maximum RSF: 44,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS All offered space shall be on contiguous floors, vertically stacked, accessible by the same elevator bank, and vertically connected with stairwells. Only one partial floor can be offered and must meet the aforementioned requirements. Offered space shall not be located on the ground/main floor or 2nd floor. Access to freight/elevator loading dock is required. Above standard floor loading: 1) Bulk Supply Storage, 300 SQR� 2) High Density File Room, SQR� varies 3) Server Room, 400 SQR� Offered space must meet Government requirements contained in both Prospectus PCA-01-SF21 and in the RLP/Lease to be issued, including but not limited to requirements for fire-safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Location of space in the building and date of availability; 3. Rentable square feet (RSF) offered and rate per RSF; 4. ANSI/BOMA office area/usable square feet (ABOA SF) and rental rate per ABOA SF, full service, meeting GSA�s standard building shell requirements and inclusive of the following: a) Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA) of $62.63/ABOA SF b) Building Specific Amortized Capital (BSAC) Allowance of $30.00/ABOA SF 5. Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact; 6. Scaled floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space. 7. Information on project and building ownership. 8. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to the advertisement.
