- Description
- Sound, Lighting and Stage services needed for aircraft reveal ceremony at Eglin Air Force base.� Contractor shall provide lighting services for one (1) event performance by �the U.S. Air Force (USAF) Eglin AFB at Hangar 102 for an aircraft unveiling event. The event will be held at 102 Choctawhatchee Drive, Eglin AFB, Hangar 102.� The Contractor will provide the appropriate number of trained personnel and equipment necessary to accomplish all items listed in the Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide the appropriate number of trained persons and equipment (see list below) necessary to accomplish all tasks and services listed within this Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor shall provide the following LED lighting package which is to include: Stage: 24�x12�x3� Stage, (2) sets of steps (1 left, 1 right), Stage skirting on front and sides. Sound System: Audio Mixer (12) Compact line array speakers flown from existing steel (6 left, 6 right) (4) Subwoofers (2 per side) This will enhance the music effect prior to unveiling of aircraft. (2) Half Ton single phase motors to fly PA (2) Clear podiums (1 center stage and 1 off stage) (1) Audix low profile microphone for off stage podium (4) Wireless lavaliere microphones for guest speakers (1) Press box (This for press to have direct audio feed off console) Lights: 40� Truss flown downstage of presentation stage (2) Half ton motors to fly truss (12) Source Four Leikos will 4100k gel (3) 6 channel dimmer packs (1) Lighting console (6) GLP GT1 moving lights (These will be used for highlighting American Flag and creating bally hoo special effect in red, white, and blue color prior to Kabuki drop) (6) GLP JDCI special effect color and bright open white light effect (4) Up stage lights for backlighting presenters on stage Upstage Truss: 40� Truss on back of stage (2) Quarter ton motors to fly truss (1) 18�x12� American Flag suspended from center of 40� truss (no charge for American Flag) (1) 40� wide x 24� tall black drape behind stage (This will enhance stage flags placed in front of curtain) Video: 16�5� x 10� HD LED Mobile video trailer Red, White, and Blue pipe and drape in front of video trailer Camera Option (optional): (2) HD Cameras with heavy duty commercial tripods (1) HD Camera for lockdown wide shot position (without operator) Camera riser Video Switcher Graphics Playback Cat 5, SDI, and necessary cabling Clear comm Recording of event and finished hard drive of program feed (2) Camera operators (1) Director Special Effects: Kabuki Drop L Shaped truss system consisting of 75� long leg, 65� short leg Quarter ton motors to fly truss 24� long black 15 ounce Encore drape panels Electronic Kabuki system to reveal aircraft on que (6) High output vertical fog jets (2 red, 2 white, 2 blue) House Left Drape line by hangar door: 80� truss in front of hanger door 80� of 24� tall black drape (3) Quarter ton motors Generator: 3 Phase Diesel Generator 3 Phase Distribution Panel with Feeder Cable This will power everything being used in the hanger. Load In / Load Out �Labor: (3) Technicians (5) Stagehands 1.4 �Labor: Sound Technician Lighting Technician (4) Stagehands for load out Master Electrician and trained team
