Description

Description Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the VA Santa Barbara Out Patient Clinic that will expire on September 30 2021 and would be interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, and that otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition.  The cost of moving, alterations, and other factors will be considered when determining whether to relocate. Requirements: Minimum Square Feet (ABOA) 6,700 USF/7,000 RSF Maximum Square Feet: 8,000 RSF Adjacent parking spaces: 15 Delineated Areas: NORTH: State Highway 192 EAST: Alameda Padre Sierra SOUTH: State Street WEST: North Turnpike Rd. This is a full-service lease. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
