Ordering Qty: 43 Max Ordering Qty: 750 End Item: M1A2 Abrams SEPV3 Tank Response Date: 3/22/2021 Requirements Description: 12591893, GPS-LOS Digital Processor LRM includes: The primary component of 12591893, GPS-LOS Digital Processor LRM is a Digital Processor Card (DPC) Line Replaceable Module (DPC LRM) houses a Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) that is part of a three LRM subsystem that controls the Rate Sensor Electronics (RSE) LRM, and Gimbal Control Card (GCC) LRM. The GPS-LOS Digital Processor LRM that MOTION SYSTEMS DIVISION, part number 12591893, also refer to as the CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB in engineering documents. The GPS-LOS Digital Processor LRM is a critical item for the Abrams M1A2 SEPV3 tank program. The GPS-LOS Digital Processor LRM shall meet all requirements specified in document �SC-SA20431A Product Fabrication Specification (PFS) (With Development/Qualification Requirements in Appendix A) for the GPS-LOS Digital Processor LRM�. Key performance requirements found in SC-SA20431A include: The GPS-LOS Digital Processor LRM shall be fabricated in accordance with assembly drawing 12591893. auxiliary input voltage for the assembly shall conform to the DC supply voltage of 3.3Vdc � 5% With no input voltage applied, the impedance between all signals and returns and the chassis (including heat sinks) shall be at least 10 megohms at 50 VDC. Shall have two states, On and Off When power is removed, the DPC interfaces (internal and external) shall be disabled. The Digital Processor LRM data shall be transferred over the VPX high speed serial bus per VITA 46. The data interfaces shall be in accordance with ICD-SA20430. Shall contain a minimum of one (1) USB 2.0 interface compliant with USB Rev 2.0. The USB port will be used for debugging purposes. The weight of the assembly shall not exceed 3.1 lbs.
