- ***This is a Sources Sought.� This is just to find interested vendors.� This is not a Solicitation.*** PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT 460th Medical Group Bioenvironmental Engineering Trailer 14 January 20201 Non-Personal Services DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. SUMMARY OF DUTIES. The Contractor shall provide one custom built biomedical trailer that is capable of holding over $1M in medical equipment in response to CBRN incident. 1.2 SPECIFIC TASKS. 1.2.1. The delivery performed under this contract for one (1) biomedical trailer shall occur as a one-time delivery between the hours of 7:30AM and 4:30PM- MST. Monday through Friday. � 1.2.2. The Contractor shall deliver and install no less than one trailer to be utilized by the Bioenvironmental Engineering department. 1.2.2.1. The delivered trailer must meet the following requirements, at a minimum: 1.2.2.1.1. Frame and body requirements: 1.2.2.1.1.1. 8.5�W x 20�L x 8.0�H with two (2) 5200# Torsion Axles and flat from design. Aluminum exterior painted polished white. Rear trim header to match polished white exterior. 1.2.2.1.1.2. All tube wall construction for the entire length of the trailer. Five (5) inch frame. Aluminum exterior with .050 thickness. 1.2.2.1.1.3. Flat flooring the entire length of the trailer. 1.2.2.1.1.4. Full perimeter steel frame. Five inch frame. 1.2.2.1.1.5. Frame protection skid plates. 1.2.2.1.1.6. Eight (8) rectangular 14� surface mounted LED light, 12V. 1.2.2.1.1.7. ST225/75R15/LRE tires/wheels with full-size spare tire. 1.2.2.1.1.8. One 12V deluxe roof fan for exhaust only with rain cover and a wireless remote thermostat. 1.2.2.1.1.9. Truck plug with 7-way bumper pull. 1.2.2.1.1.10. Extended 12� triple tube tongue. 1.2.2.1.1.11. Exterior fastener with rivets on every stud. 1.2.2.1.1.12. Screwless aluminum interior ceiling with fiberglass batten R-11 insulation. 1.2.2.1.1.13. Screwless aluminum walls with 1� R-3 insulation throughout and bubble foil R-0 insulation between wall cross members where wiring is present. 1.2.2.1.1.14. Tongue-mounted generator compartment with expanded metal on the floor of compartment, vented double doors, galvanized liner for front wall of trailer. Box and doors should be built to fit specific generator referenced in section 1.2.2.1.2.16.� No insulation needed, but does require compartment liner. 1.2.2.1.2. Electrical requirements: 1.2.2.1.2.1. 12V AGM battery. 1.2.2.1.2.2. Manual 12V power cut-off switch. 1.2.2.1.2.3. Eight (8) interior 120V, 15A receptacles.� Must be GFCI protected where required by code. 1.2.2.1.2.4. One (1) exterior 120V, 15A receptacle. GFI protected. 1.2.2.1.2.5. Two (2) exterior scene LED high output 12V non-recessed 14�x2.5� lights. One (1) 12V wall switch used for exterior scene lights. 1.2.2.1.2.6. Eight interior LED surface mounted lights with one (1) 12V wall switch used for interior scene lights. 1.2.2.1.3. Twenty-four (24) gallon, end fill, in frame diesel fuel tank. 1.2.2.1.4. One (1) 17� awning with black fade vinyl fabric controlled by a 12V awning switch with vinyl weather guard. 1.2.2.1.5. Front and top radius stainless steel with cast corners (polished) vertical trim. Upper and lower rubber rail trim. 1.2.2.1.6. Rear door with ramp with 2400 lbs max load and 4000 lbs vehicle load.� Door must have a bar lock door latch made of aluminum. 1.2.2.1.7. Lockable fuel door. 1.2.2.1.8. Polar white aluminum lower full-width straight cabinet with 96� full-width aluminum countertop for lower cabinet. Cabinet should include keypad access. 1.2.2.1.9. One (1) aluminum upper full-width (96�) straight cabinet with radius lower edge and top hinged doors and gas shocks. Reinforced cabinet top for upper aluminum cabinets. Color: Polar White. 1.2.2.1.10. Stand-alone 24�Wx24�D wardrobe closet w/ shelf and clothes rod. Color: Polar White. 1.2.2.1.11. One (1) fire extinguisher, one (1) smoke detector, and one (1) basic first aid kit. 1.2.2.1.12. Sixteen (16) foot aluminum bench seat with storage and 4� black seat cushion. Should include bottom-hinged doors to access storage compartment. 1.2.2.1.13. One (1) 12V AGM battery isolated to generator. 1.2.2.1.14. Five (5) pairs of exterior angled loading LED lights and one (1) 3-way wall-switch to control lights. 1.2.2.1.15. LED rear spoiler lights and one 12V wall switch. 1.2.2.1.16. One (1) commercial 8.0 KW ONAN diesel generator with remote start. 120V ONLY. Must include one (1) fuel gauge. 1.2.2.1.17. Air conditioning with heat pump�15,000 BTU low profile with wall-mounted thermostat. 1.2.2.1.18. Two (2) 48�Wx20�D aluminum flip-down countertops with folding legs. 1.2.2.1.19. One (1) 72�Wx20�D aluminum flip-down countertops with folding legs. 1.2.2.1.20. One (1) wall-mounted cylinder bracket to hold up to four (4) cylinders. 1.2.2.1.21. One (1) floor mounted cylinder rack that holds four (4) M60 cylinders. 1.2.2.1.22. One 26�-50� TV mount with full-motion articulation. 1.2.2.1.23. Galvanized 10� vertical surface-mounted tie downs. 1.2.2.1.24. No less than a three year warranty on frame and all items on the interior and exterior trailer of the trailer, and a minimum one year warranty on electrical system. 1.3 DELIVERY LOCATION. 1.3.1. The biomedical trailer delivery shall occur at the following address unless the Contractor is previously notified by a Government representative: 460th Medical Group 18230 E Silver Creek St. Bldg. 392 Aurora, CO 80011 2. GENERAL INFORMATION 2.1. Office Closures: On days in which office closures occur, the Contractor is not required to provide service.� Instead, the Contractor will provide service the next day the office is open directly following the closure. 2.1.1. Recognized Holidays: The Contractor is not required to provide services on the following days: New Year�s Day, Martin Luther King's Birthday, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. 2.1.2. The Government will notify the Contractor of any foreseen office closures in which the Contractor would not be able to perform scheduled deliveries. 2.2.
