- Description
- The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) establishes this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the purchase of personal protective equipment and safety supplies. This BPA may be used by any DEA Office within the continental United States. The vendor shall furnish the supplies identified within this BPA, if and when requested by a Contracting Officer who is duly warranted by DEA to authorize the expenditure of funds during the period of performance of this BPA.
