Description
The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a Sole Source Purchase Order using the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 to Foray Tehnologies LLC for renewal of their ADAMS Software. Due to the uniqueness of this requirement, no other contractors are acceptable. This procurement is a SOLE-SOURCE and NO solicitation is available. Letters and phone calls will not be accepted and will be considered non-responsive to this announcement. 1.0 Introduction/Overview The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Criminal Investigation (CI) National Forensic Laboratory (NFL) requires a five-year contract (base + 4 option years) to renew the software maintenance for the�Foray ADAMS system software.� 2.0 Background The ADAMS software requires annual maintenance due to its unique assets as it pertains to computer forensics and evidentiary photography.
