Description

The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to establish a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to continued Preventive Maintenance Service on a proprietary system with EMS TECHNOLOGIES, LLC, 2134 Espey Court Suite 9, Crofton, MD 21114. This notice of intent is not a request for competitve quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Inaccordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c) the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR part 13 Simplified Acquistion Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. SIZE STANDARD: $16,500,000.00 In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that understand and can meet the Government's requirements may submit a written responce with sufficient relevent details to demonstrate exisiting capabilities. This submission shall be considered by the agency. A deteremination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government.
