- Abstract of Bids attached. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, (USACE) herein provides the attached PREQUALIFIED SOURCES LIST for the Interstate Highway 29 Grade Raise and Borrow Ditch Crossing (I-29 Grade Raise) portion of the Fargo Moorhead Metropolitan Area Flood Risk Management Project.� As provided in its 28 October 2020 Prequalification of Sources Announcement, the USACE has issued an Invitation for Bid with the I-29 Grade Raise Plans and Specifications to the qualified firms on the Prequalified Sources List.� The I-29 Grade Raise Prequalified Sources List is published herein in accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(2). If your firm is interested in serving on the I-29 Grade Raise project, please contact a firm(s) on the attached List. An organized site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, 18 February 2021 at 11:00am. Participants will meet at: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Western Area Office, 1020 � 36th Street South, Fargo, ND 58103 parking lot.� Registration with intent to attend is required no later than 12:00pm (Noon) Central on Tuesday, 16 February 2021 by sending the following information to toni.w.wasgatt@usace.army.mil: Solicitation Number:� W912ES21B0001. Project Title:� I-29 Grade Raise Name of Company. Name, Title, and Phone of Company Representatives (limit 2 per company) who will attend. If no bidders indicate interest in the site visit via email as required, the site visit may be cancelled.� Notice of cancellation will be published via an amendment to this announcement at https://beta.SAM.gov. Site visit participants must abide by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual, EM 385-1-1.� It is the responsibility of the participants to wear personal protective and safety equipment as required by this regulation.� Failure to comply could result in denial of access to the site visit location. � All questions regarding the I-29 Grade Raise Project must be submitted to USACE�in writing through a�firm on the Prequalified Sources List. NOTE - A REVISION TO THE�PREQUALIFIED�SOURCES LIST�WAS POSTED ON 12 FEBRUARY 2021.��
