- P/N 657A5-21-102, Remodel Chemotherapy at the Marion VA Medical Center, Marion, Illinois. Project Specifics: Marion VA Medical Center has identified a need to remodel the chemotherapy treatment space. The current space is compact and not conducive to social distancing. As a result, the facility has had to reduce the patient volume during the pandemic. The purpose of this project is to expand and remodel the chemotherapy treatment space to allow for social distancing and to modify the HVAC layout to promote laminar air flow. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and expertise necessary to remodel the chemotherapy treatment space and adjacent areas as detailed in the construction documents. Work areas include Room 039, Room 040, Room 041, Room 038, Room 038A, Room 038B, Room 036A, and CB7-01 on the ground level of Building 1. The remodeled area is approximately 1,720 net square feet.
