- 12 March 2021 Amendment 01 details: Email offers to Mr. Bennie Simmons - bennie.simmons@us.af.mil RFQ document has been revised (see attached RFQ FA466121Q0013 Rev 1) CLIN structure has changed Pages to be completed and returned by offeror are now Pages 3-4 Questions and answers to solicitation have been posted (see attachments) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), solicitation number FA4661-21-Q-0013 Motorcycle Safety Training in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04.� All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.204-7.� This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside solicitation.� The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction.� For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $12.0M. All offers shall be valid until 1 October 2021.� QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION:� Please submit responses to any of the email addresses provided above. Your offer shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Complete and return (must be signed) Page 3-4 of the�RFQ�(attached) Complete and return FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certificates Complete and return (must be signed) FAR 52.204-24 Representations Memo (attached) DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS: 19 March 2021 at 2:00 p.m. CST. All offers shall be e-mailed to�Bennie Simmons (bennie.simmons@us.af.mil).� Offers shall be received via email no later than 2:00 p.m. (CST), 19 March 2021.
