Solicitation N6852021Q0004 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase 14 Vouchers on a firm fixed-price basis, various classes available to the students/employees.� Classes NATEC IT Team need to be specific to the following: ASP.NET & Core 5 for ASP.NET Developers Training: 3-day, this ASP.NET Core & Core 5 for ASP.NET Developers Training teaches you to implement & migrate .NET applications to a .NET Core environment using ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI & Microservices. HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript Training: Platform-Independent Web Development:� 4-day, this HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript course will teach you to enhance the User Experience (UX) & build modern, feature-rich web pages with the latest standards. Bootstrap Training: Designing Web Application User Interfaces: 1-day, hands-on Bootstrap course & learn to use CSS & HTML to create attractive User Interfaces by harnessing Bootstrap�s interactive features. Certified ScrumMaster Certification Training: 2-day, Achieve ScrumMaster certification with this 2-day live, interactive CSM certification course. Acquire the skills to lead your Scrum teams to high performance. Listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. Offeror�s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. ***Basis for Award*** Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract.
