- The reason for this amendment is to change the due date time on the SF1442 from 3:00 PM CST to 4:00 CST to match the Beta.Sam.gov posting.� The Period of Performance was also changed from 60 days to 90 days with end date changing from 18-JUN-21 to 18-JUL-21.� This change was incorporated into the Statement of Work also.� FAR Clause 52.228-1 is now incorporated by Full Text.� Pre-Proposal Meenting minutes are also being uploaded.� Please acknowledge these changes by filling out block 15 of the W50S7J21B00030001 MODIFICATION DOCUMENT (SF 30) when submitting bids. PREVIOUSLY POSTED AS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ID #W50S7J21B0003�IS NOW POSTED AS THIS SOLICITATION W50S7J21B0003 The USPFO of Mississippi will award a single firm fixed price contract for Construction Services necessary to renovate the north admin. Wing of bldg. 104, Project # MDVL212102 for Mississippi Air National Guard 186th Air Refueling Wing in Meridian, MS. Services to be performed are to be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Site Plans. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. This request is 100% total small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. Per NAICS 236220, the small business size standard is $39.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The PSC Code is Z2QA. IAW FAR 36, Project magnitude ranges from $100,000 - $250,000. NOTE: Solicitation details are in attached Solicitation Form 1442; Please read carefully. This solicitation will be issued in this electronic format only; no paper copies will be made available. The Statement of Work and Site Plans are attached with this posting.� A pre-bid conference and site visit will be conducted on Thursday March 11, 2020 at 9:00AM (CST) for the purposes of briefing on the bid requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. This conference will be held at Mississippi Air National Guard, 186th Air Refueling Wing, 6225 M Street, Meridian, MS, Bldg. 600 RM 114. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference. Details are located in Section 00100 - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors, paragraph 3. Note COVID-19 precautions as noted in same section, paragraph 2.4 Bid opening date is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8, 2021 at 4:00 PM CST.
