- Description ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Items Subject:� Request for Quote (RFQ) for bars and ingots in support of the Joint Manufacturing Technology Center (JMTC) at Rock Island Arsenal (RIA), Rock Island, IL. Suspense:� 1100 Central Time, March 19, 2021 Reference:� ������� Attachment 0001 ������������������������������� Attachment 0002 Army Contracting Command � Rock Island hereby issues RFQ# PANROC-21-P-0000_002407 in support of the RIA-JMTC for the immediate procurement of: 1020 Bars/Ingots Quantity 10,000 LB IC-8620 Bar/Ingot Quantity 8,000 LB The bars and ingots must be produced and delivered in accordance with the respective specifications listed in this RFQ.� ACC-RI contemplates awarding a Single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order to the responsible contractor submitting the most advantageous price and delivery schedule, with delivery schedule being the most important factor. The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all depending upon the quality of quotes, prices submitted and the availability of funds. Specifications: The bars and ingots must meet the following specifications: Item 0001 1020 BAR/INGOTS. 1.75-3� DIAMETER 12�-14� IN LENGTH APPROX 20-25LBS. Quantity Required:� 10,000 Unit of Measure: LB Item 0002 IC-8620 MIL-S-22141 BAR/INGOT. 1.5�-2.5� DIAMETER 12�-15� IN LENGTH C 0.18-0.25, MN 0.75-0.95, P 0.025 MAX, SI 0.40-0.80 CHROMIUM 0.40-0.60, MO 0.15-0.25, COPPER 0.20 MAX, AL 0.10 MAX, OTHER 0.05 MAX, 15LBS PER PART Quantity Required: 8,000 Unit of Measure:� LB **Government inspection and acceptance at destination** FOB Destination SHIP TO: Transportation Officer BLDG 299 Beck and Gillespie East End, RECG DOOR 16A Rock Island, IL 61299-5000 Payment Method: Invoicing will be via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Relations Supplement (DFARS) clause 252.232-7006, also listed in �Attachment 0001 � Provisions / Clauses�. Other Information Interested vendors shall refer to Attachment 0001 � Provisions and Clauses for PANROC-P-21-0000 002407 Bars and Ingots for reference and full text clauses and provisions applicable to this requirement. Vendors must qualify as a small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 331318 (Other Aluminum Rolling, Drawing, and Extruding) with no more than 750 employees.� This solicitation is a 100 percent small-business set-aside.
