- Seymour Johnson Air Force Base anticipates a requirement that is being considered under a small business set-aside program. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The size standard for NAICS is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The requirement is to provide: The Contractor shall provide all management, services, and resources necessary to upgrade the existing access control system located on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (SJAFB), Freedom One Fitness Center located at 1500 Langley Avenue, Bldg. 4210, Goldsboro, NC 27531. Services shall include upgrades to access control system, one work station to include one master server, CCURE software, supplies, card access systems upgrade, control panel upgrade, training, smart card reader compatibility, and associated licenses.
