- Description
- Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Procurement Office is currently conducting market research to identify companies capable of and qualified to perform Safety Aide (SA) services for special needs students, Safety Attendant (SAA) services for Sure Start, pre-kindergarten through grade 12 students, and bus security attendant services on daily commute school buses in Korea. This Request for Information is issued solely for conducting market research and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Quotations (RFQ), and does not obligate the Government to any current or future commitments. The Government will not pay/reimburse any costs or charges resulting from contractors� responses to this Sources Sought.� Prospective contractor(s) shall provide all personnel, supervision, services, and equipment necessary to monitor all students and other authorized individuals safely to and from their designated schools and alternate sites for classes and authorized school activities. The bus security attendant requirement includes furnishing all personnel, supplies, materials, equipment, direction and supervision of day-to-day operations; active quality control supervision; preparing and submitting required reports; and conducting route vulnerability assessments in Korea. The period of performance of services will begin 01 August 2021. If your firm is interested, capable, and qualified to provide these services, please submit written information supporting this capability. Capability statements shall consist of no more than 5 pages and include a cover page with the company�s name, business mailing address, point of contact, telephone number, Duns & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), and Commercial And Government Entity/NATO Code (CAGE/NCAGE).
