Description

RO- Inspection & Repair of CME 85 Auger Drill Machine This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Consider this solicitation (#140R6A21Q0004) as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The NAICS 333131 Mining Machinery & Equipment Manufacturing and the small business size is 500 employees. The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price type contract. Line Item #10 Inspect and repair of CME 85 Auger Drill - ACCORDING TO THE ATTACHED PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) 1 AU - $______________________ Delivery date shall be June 30, 2021 Region personnel with delivery and pick up equipment In accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 12 and 13, RFQ Number 140R6A21Q0004 is available for viewing through electronic commerce via https://beta.sam.gov Quotes are due no later than Monday, March 29, 2021 by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Reclamation will consider all responsible sources who submit a timely quote for award.
