Vidal Contract Award and Solicitation Number: TBD and S5121A-21-Q-0003 Contract Award Dollar Amount: TBD Line Item Number: Will be listed within the Solicitation and on Pricing Worksheet Attachment Contract Award Date: TBD Contractor: TBD Description: Automated External Defibrillator Program Management Services Place of Performance: Various DCMA Locations Set-Aside Status: Total Small Business Set-Aside The Defense Contract Management Agency�s Procurement Center intends to issue a solicitation on or about March 31, 2021, which requires a vendor that can provide Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Program oversight, replace obsolete AED units (compatible to existing), responder training, program supplies and other items/non-personal services necessary to maintain its agency-wide AED program. This requirement will be solicited as a brand name or equal (Zolls or equal) procurement and the salient characteristics will be listed within the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Interested vendors shall be authorized distributors of Zolls or equal AED units. This requirement will be solicited as a total small business set-aside utilizing NAICS Code 811219 � Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Five Year (Base Year + 4 Option Years) purchase order to fulfill its requirement with an estimated Period of Performance of 09/30/2021 through 09/29/2026. The requirement is for the provision of Automated External Defibrillator Program Management Services. The pre-solicitation number is S5121A-21-Q-0003 and shall be referenced on all correspondence submitted. This notice shall not be construed as a Request for Quote (RFQ)�or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a purchase order on the basis of this notice or otherwise pay for any information submitted as a result of this notice.
