The primary objective of issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is to seek information from vendors with the capability of providing a Liquid Manure Spreader. The product will be used to spread manure and sludge from the facility�s sewage treatment plant. The spreader must be able to merge with existing GEA Houle equipment.
