Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FA5209-21-Q-020A INVENTORY CONTROL SYSTEM (ICS), SERVERS, UPS, AND SOFTWARE UPGRADE Funds are not presently available for this effort.� No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.� The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.� In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.� The quote shall be valid until 25 Apr 2021. 1. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.� 2. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA520921QFC02 is issued and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, DPN 20210224, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2019-1001 3. The NAICS is 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees. This acquisition is unrestricted.� 4. Requirement Description: The contractor shall provide Inventory Control System Upgrade to the specifications and descriptions listed on the Statement of Work. 5. Place of Performance: Yokota Air Base, Japan Directorate of Public Works 730th Air Freight Terminal BLDG #71 Yokota Air Base, Fussa City, Tokyo, Japan 197-0001 POC: TBD 6.
