This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FY21-F3F1R11040A001-Vehicle Insurance, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).� This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-03.� This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(a).� The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
