- Sources Sought- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice (market survey).� This is not a request for quote (RFQ).� This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.� The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement.� Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary. This Sources Sought Notice is for Market Research purposes only.� The information submitted in response to the Sources Sought Notice will not be utilized to determine vendor standing in any future/potential Request for Quote, nor will it be utilized to determine if a vendor is qualified to submit a Request for Quote for any future/potential requirement.� The notice and the information received shall not be used to determine how well respondents can perform a requirement, which can only be evaluated in response to a solicitation. Vendors will not receive formal notification or feedback on any information submitted in this Sources Sought Notice.� All future/proposed submissions/solicitations requirements solicited on a Government Point of Entry (GPE) will be evaluated independent of any information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice.� No vendor will be provided information on solicitations issued on a Government Point of Entry based on this Sources Sought Notice. Potential Sources shall provide their Capability Statement and it must be clear, concise, and complete. Scope: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Medical and Dental Non-Clinical Case Management Non-Personal Services in support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR), as defined in the draft�PWS. The California National Guard (CANG) has a potential Health Care�services requirement under the NAICS�621999 ��All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services�with a size standard of $16.5M. The California National Guard seeks to find sufficient small business to meet the below requirement. Background: The California Army National Guard (CAARNG) has a requirement to ensure the medical readiness of service members by providing services directly promoting comprehensive medical readiness and ensuring global deployability.See draft PWS for specific services to be performed. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Proposal (RFP), if any are issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The GPE is located at https://www.beta.sam.gov. Offerors will be required to be registered in SAM.gov (https://www.sam.gov/SAM/).
