Description

This is a sources sought notice only. All responses will be used for market research informational purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal. The Defense Commissary Agency has a requirement for Commissary Equipment Description (CED): 1M37 Horizontal slicer, meat clever for the Keesler AFB Commissary. The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking the purchase of a Horizontal Slicer, meat clever for the Keesler AFB Commissary to slice and cut bone-in and boneless beef and pork meat products.� See attached CED 1M37 for specifications. �Questions and additional input regarding the salient characteristics are welcomed. Orders will be carried out through a Firm-Fixed Priced Delivery Order.� Payment will be made using Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). The anticipated applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 333241 (Food Product Machinery Manufacturing); Business Size Standard is 500. Firms may indicate their interest in this requirement by submitting a statement verifying that their company is capable of providing the Meat Bulker adaptor kits to the locations specified above. Responses must be received within five (5) calendar days of publication of this notice. �Responses are welcomed from businesses of all sizes.
