- Project Title: Construct Munitions Storage Facility THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE USING TRADE-OFF PROCEDURES AND THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS L and M. The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, SC is seeking the Construction of a Munitions Storage Facility at Joint Base Charleston-Air Base, South Carolina. The scope of this project consists of the demolition of an existing site and constructing a site and installing a prefabricated munitions storage facility.� NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS. Project Magnitude: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.� The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 60 days of award.� NAICS Code: 236220 Size Standard: $36,500,000� Proposals are due 19 April 2021 @12:00PM EST via DOD SAFE.
