- Notice of Intent to Sole Source, this is not a solicitation and no solicitation documents exist for this requirement. The Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Fremont County Weed and Pest for control of noxious and nuisance weeds on Reclamation lands within Fremont County. Work includes performing (1) Weed Control on Boysen Dam Operation Area, (2) Weed Control on Boysen Unit Lands, (3) Weed Control on Riverton Unit Lands. This announcement is published as a Sole Source Notice in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561730; the business size standard is $8 million. A determination by the Government not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The base year contract period is to be from April 2021 to March 31, 2022. Optional Year #1 contract period is to be from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023 Optional Year #2 contract period is to be from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 Optional Year #3 contract period is to be from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 Optional Year #4 contract period is to be from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 If you believe your company can meet the requirement above, please contact Tonya A.
