- This is a notice of contract action (NOCA). This is not a solicitation for quotes. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this NOCA or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the VA s intent of contact action and possibly gain knowledge of other potentially-qualified sources and their size classifications. Notice of contract action: Miami VA Contracting intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract under FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR part 8, Required Sources of Supplies and Services, to Swift Space for the provision of Mobile Panels (laminate mobile walls of various sizes, on casters), to include delivery and installation. This acquisition is sole sourced due to urgency of requirement. The estimated value of the acquisition is $48,477.63. Vendors who believe they can meet the requirements, and who wish to be considered for future opportunities, should submit a capability statement providing clear and convincing evidence supporting the assertion. All information shall be in writing, sent via email, and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government representative to evaluate for future consideration. Responses should be received no later than 12:00pm EST, March 22, 2021.
