Description

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to award a sole source purchase order for the purchase of Glassdoor Digital Marketing and Recruitment Tool. � The product will be provided by Glassdoor, Incorporated, located at 100 Shoreline Highway, Suite A, Mill Valley, CA 94941-3645 Phone (980)-298-4180. Glassdoor, Incorporated is the sole and exclusive provider for Glassdoor Digital Marketing and Recruitment Tool sold to the Government. . The Government is not aware of any other vendors that are authorized by Glassdoor, Incorporated to provide Glassdoor Digital Marketing and Recruitment Tool. The Government intends to acquire this product under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures and FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Glassdoor, Incorporated under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. However, if any interested party that can provide this product, without compromising manufacturing delivery, warranty or mark ups, you may submit a statement of capabilities that may be considered by The United States Patent and Trademark Office. A statement of capabilities must include the details of the Glassdoor Digital Marketing and Recruitment Tool, including manufacture authorization to provide it, OEM warranty agreement, and a price list. These requirements shall be received by 12:00pm EST on 2 April 2021. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is based upon responses to this notice and it is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Evidence must be provided of the required product while also be authorized by the manufacture. The capability statement, a price list and any other information furnished must be via e-mail and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow USPTO to determine if the party can meet the requirements. Capability statements and related materials must be e-mailed to Dennis Jolliffe at Dennis.jolliffe@uspto.gov by 12:00pm EST on April 2, 2021.
