Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with The Espy Corporation located at 13033 Trautwein Rd Austin, TX, 78737 for the acquisition of a system to support an existing Radio program. This requirement is sole source based on existing hardware and software systems. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) the justification is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 ""Simplified Acquisition Procedures."" The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334220 �Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing�Size Standard is 1250 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is March 22, 2021 at 11:00am Eastern Time. All submissions should be submitted electronically to Vivian.O.Anyagaligbo@usdoj.gov.
