- Amendment #3 corrects an input error within the beta.SAM template and extends the due date.� Proposals are due March 25, 2021, 11:59 pm EDT.-� Details in the attached PDF. On or after the posting date of this beta.SAM synopsis, the full, final text for the Earth Venture Mission-3 Announcement of Opportunity (AO) may be downloaded from the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES) https://nspires.nasaprs.com by searching on solicitation number �NNH21ZDA002O� or by using the direct link attached. In the event of any future lapses to the NASA operations, AO respondents should visit NSPIRES, the official NASA source for this AO. There are other important, much earlier dates in addition to the listed March proposal response date. Open and carefully read the attached PDF file entitled �CombinedEVM3synopsisandNSPIRESemail� for the detailed due dates for the mandatory notice of intent (NOI) to propose in January 2021, etc. No later than March 4, 2021,�by email only,�address questions (or other comments) with a subject line to read ""EVM-3 AO"" to the primary point of contact.
