REQUEST COC WITH RETURNED PRODUCT. Service Contract Labor Standards 15-4143 Rev 15 applies and is incorporated. NOTE: Procurement is sole source with Burlington Engineering, Montpelier, VT. All responsible offerors may submit a quote, which will be evaluated.
