Description: Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) is soliciting a small business set-aside, firm-fixed price and time and materials contract for Inspection, Test, and Maintenance of Fire Protection (ITM)�Systems at Sierra Army Depot (SIAD) for 1 base year and 2 options years. Expectation is for qualified contract personnel to perform scheduled ITM tasks on Fire Suppression which�includes Wet Pipe, Dry Pipe, Dry Chemical, Wet Chemical and Clean Agent systems. There are one-hundred forty-nine (149) water-based fire suppression systems throughout sixty-one (61) different facilities.
