- This synopsis is to announce that the Government (Robins AFB) intends to solicit for a firm fixed-price requirements contract for depot level repair of the Forward Looking Infrared System (FLIR) Assembly FLIR Turret Assembly (National Stock Numbers (NSN): 5855-01-680-9196 GA, Part Number (PN): 3290008-7006) and Data Entry Joystick (NSN: 5855-01-679-1524 GA, PN: 3204853-10) which are part of the AN/AAQ-46 Star SAFIRE 380D System. The requirements contract will consist of a basic one-year ordering period followed by four 1-year ordering periods. The NAICS code for this effort is 811219. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Data or rights are not owned by the Government for this solicitation. Procedures of FAR Part 12 and 15 will be applicable for this requirement.
