- Project Title: Base Operations Support Contract for the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California Proposed Solicitation Number: N6247321R0011 Closing Response Date: N/A This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to publicize the competitive 8(a) set-aside procurement � Base Operations Support Contract for the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services outlined in the following performance work statement technical annexes: 1502000 - Facilities Investment, 1503010 � Custodial, 1503020 � Pest Control, 1503030 � Integrated Solid Waste Management, 1503040 � Swimming Pools, 1503050 � Grounds Maintenance, 1503060 � Pavement Clearance, and 1800000 - Environmental. **************************************************************** Procurement Method: Contracting by Negotiation **************************************************************** The planned contract term will be a base period of 12-months followed by seven (7) 12-month option periods. If the Government does not award a follow-on contract by the end of the last option period, the Government may extend performance up to six months under FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. **************************************************************** It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted in April 2020. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at https://beta.sam.gov/ when it becomes available. **************************************************************** The proposed contract is limited to 8(a) certified small business firms. The Government will not consider offers from other than 8(a) certified small business firms. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. **************************************************************** The solicitation utilizes source selection procedures, which require offerors to submit a technical proposal, past performance and experience information, and a price (or cost) proposal for evaluation by the Government. **************************************************************** Place of Performance: Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California Set Aside Status: Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8)
