Please provide specifics for the Hood Surfaces. Dimensions, manufacturer & model number, Material (plastic, stainless steel etc.)? Stainless steel Please specify what the expectations are for the Hood cleaning? It states, Inside and outside of all appliances . Hood surfaces exterior to ducts (food surfaces and exterior) Bi-Monthly Clean/degrease/polish Will the Hood vent cleanings require any specialty trained/certified vent hood personnel? NO Are the Hoods vented to the outside or just internally? Varies based on location Please provide the Filter dimensions, model and type of filters required as well as the manufacturers suggested frequency of changing? Filters are stainless mesh, replaced by owners as required(damaged), Is there an equipment list available of all the appliances? If so, can a copy of it be provided? None at this time Is there warranty info available for items that may still be under manufacturer s warranty? n/a Influenza Vaccine: Does this refer to an annual Flu shot or more specifically, given Covid-19, are employees required to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination? Currently refers to Flu Can specifications of the required mask for non-Influenza vaccine employees be provided? ATSM level 1 or better Security Requirements: Key cost range of NTE $500.00. Could you please define the reason for the vast difference in the cost of keys? Cost range is due to several things to include type of key issued (traditional or electronic), whether or not the core has to be change and the #of keys required to be reissued based on the change.Probably should make this a NTE clin. Open like this could make this particular requirement costly. Respectfully submitting the following questions for the solicitation: Requests: Respectfully request pictures of all surface, floor and wall areas to be cleaned in the Fisher house, as well as any other pictures of the site related to the SOW that are available. https://friendsoffisherhousecharleston.org/house.html Requesting count of qty of counter and table top spaces and total sq footage of those spaces included in the SOW (Fisher House and VAMC Kitchens and Canteen) not available Please provide any additional tasks and frequencies not already in the solicitation that might ve been realized during the site walk or thereafter. n/a RFIs: Regarding square footage: Does the currently released estimated sq ft include the counter and table top spaces? If that SQ ft of those items are included in the currently released estimated sq ft, please don t break out again in order to prevent inconvenience to the government. Sqft is for area, not all will be cleaned daily and there was an additional 1400 2600 sqft added. Regarding Personnel Requirements: What are the government key personnel that will be assigned to this contract besides the CoR. EMS Chief, Assistant Chief and Supervisor Does the government require a PM assigned to the contract? Yes, can be a worker assigned to have shift oversight. If a PM is required for the contract, please provide required work hours for the PM and any other key personnel. Is this person required to be onsight 8-5 daily, only during shift change..we need to state PM/Supervisor shift determined by contractor. Are there designated male and female bathrooms at either location? yes Are there any conditions that would require specifically a male or female staff during certain hours or to clean certain areas? No, knock and announce before entering.
