- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and additional written solicitations will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912NS21Q1016 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is: 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels with a size standard of $32.5M. This requirement is a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. Offeror shall utilize the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure when submitting their Quote. Quote Price shall include any taxes or fees to fully meet criteria of the RFQ. If offeror fails to fully demonstrate Quoted items meet the specifications, they shall be considered not acceptable or non-responsive. **Quotes must also include; a) the property�s name, b) location, c) Google Review Rating, and d) the property manager�s policy for adjustments in quantities should there be a cancellation regarding room reservations.
