AMENDMENT 1 -� EXTEND�DUE DATE TO�4/2/2021 5:00 PM MDT SEE ATTACHED The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) seeks to replace a Lease for 4,347 - 4,547 ABOA square feet (SF) of space in the Wasilla, Alaska area. SPACE TYPE: Veteran Center (Clinic) LEASE TERM: 20 Years / Firm Term: 10 years; Soft Term: 10 years ESTIMATED OCCUPANCY: October 2021.�The DVA seeks Potential Offerors who are capable of successfully performing a lease contract, either in an existing building, or including design and construction of a facility through any required Tenant Improvements, as well as all maintenance and operational requirements for the duration of the lease term. Previously, a Sources Sought was published under�36C26020R0038; this has been replaced by Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) 36C26021R0016. SEE ATTACHED
