Description

This is a Solicitation for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts for Construction Services in four geographic Zones: Zone 1 - Arizona/Nevada; Zone 2 - Northern California; Zone 3 - Hawaii; and Zone 4 - Southern California. This is a total small business set-aside. Please see attached Solicitation documents for details and instructions on submitting proposals. 05/28/2020: Amendment 01 is issued to answer questions received. 06/05/2020: Amendment 02 is issued to answer questions received and issue documents. 06/17/2020: Amendment 03 is issued to answer questions and issue a re-formatted Project Details Questionnaire. 06/23/2020: Amendment 04 is issued to answer questions. 06/26/2020: Amendment 05 is issued to answer questions. 08/24/2020: Amendment 06 is issued to issue documents. 11/06/2020: Amendment 07 is issued to issue a new 1442. 02/19/2021: Awards have been made on 2/17/2021. Please see the attachment titled ""Construction IDIQ Awardees List"" for all awards by each Zone.
