- General Construction and Alterations necessary for the complete renovation of the following existing spaces: COMPOUNDING ROOM 2D135j, OFFICE 2D135k, FILES 2D135p, OFFICE 2D135r, and minor work in existing ANTE ROOM 2D135n and IV CLEAN ROOM 2D135m, as well as major renovation work in MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ROOM 3D100C, to provide two (2) Chemo Mixing Labs [Non-Hazardous & Hazardous], a Hazardous Chemical Room, new Office Space and relocated dry drug storage cabinet room. SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING SITE VISIT: Due to social distancing requirements each firm wll be limited to two members. Firms must contract COR Fred Schultz at Frederick.Schultz@va.gov or 215-823-5800 ext 205771 to confirm hey will be attending the site visit Tuesday 23 March 2021, beginning at 9 AM local time. FAILURE TO CONFIRM MAY RESULT IN CONTRACTOR NOT BEING ABLE TO VISIT ALL AREAS.
