Description

The Maintenance and Repair Contract (M&R) is for a range of maintenance and repair construction projects affecting real property, at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL), New Jersey. The requirement includes, but is not limited to, the following: asbestos abatement/removal, lead and lead based paint abatement/removal, mold remediation, carpentry, masonry, welding, sheet-metal fabrication, electrical, painting, and carpet laying.�This acquisition is for a Single Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Requirements-type, construction contract for maintenance and repair (M&R) of buildings, facilities and structures throughout JBMDL, NJ. For requirement specifics please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
