- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for John Deer Forklift-Wheel Loader resellers is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� There will be no substitutions for this product and must contain a warranty. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition.� No partial quotes will be considered.� No partial awards will be made. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333924 Forklifts manufacturing; the size standard is 750 Employees.� The resultant contract is intended to be awarded as a one-time, firm-fixed price, single award, purchase order.� This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-06.� This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis as a commercial item under the procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13.
