- Description
- The government intends to award an out of scope modification to sole source contractor CEPEDA Associates, Inc. on Contract N00104-20-P-F013 for the following Services: (1) Replace the compressor and accelerometer blocks. Groom the control panel on QTY 1 EA CO2 Scrubber Skid B,� NSN: 4460-01-444-9652� Justification: Adding the repairs will allow�sole source vendor CEPEDA Associates, Inc. to complete refurbishment, resulting in ""A"" condition asset for end use application. Current contract was for evaluate and test only. Modification will be issued under the following authority: Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. (a) Authority. (1) Citations: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1).
