- Amendment One 16 March 2021 - Please see updated SF30, Solicitation Document and�PWS found under Attachments/Links section. The purpose of this solicitation is for the procurement of Traffic Signal Maintenance on Langley AFB, Virginia. It will be a base year contract plus 2 option years, total period of performance 1 April 2021 - 31 March 2024. This requirement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All technical questions must be submitted NLT 1700 12 March 2021. Send quotes to SSgt Allan Zajac allan.zajac@us.af.mil & 1Lt Alexander Wagner alexander.wagner.2@us.af.mil. All quotes MUST be submitted NLT 1700 EST 18 March 2021 to be considered timely. SYSTEM ERROR IS NOT ALLOWING QUOTES DUE BY TIME TO BE ACCURATE. BE ADVISED QUOTES ARE DUE NLT 1700 EST 18 MARCH 2021.
